cashback cheque not arrived (no email or specific receipt code for form ?)


HI,
      I signed up for plusnet Nov 3rd with the customer id pauljm.
    I completed and submitted the £50 cashback form within 2 months on 14/12; using link from email
https://www.plusnetcashback.com/CashbackClaimResponseDetails.aspx?ID=pmyvnWTtu/wW/AHows****==
I have not yet received the cheque is this usual ? 
The system did not provide an email receipt which I had expected, although this
Was not discussed on the faq page. https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/faqs/cashback-and-vouchers/
I Just saw a generic confirmation screen.
I do have a screen capture  of the form and the explorer history record, but that is all !

Although I appreciate it's only a few days away, we can't actually chase this up until 14/01/16, one month after you completed the redemption form.
If you've not received anything by the 14th, please let us know and we'll get that chased up for you Smiley

        Hi, as of 20th Jan I did not yet receive the cashback cheque in the post.
Please can you chase it
