cant connect to plus.net but every other website is fine after missed direct debit

i had issues with funds in my account and ive been told the payment will just come out again 14 days later, however cant access plus.net and also streaming problems too.

now i cant get on my email website can someone tell me how i can rectify this, if i was able too get onto the plusnet website i could pay the bill

now this is pretty much the only site i can get onto everything else diverts too failed.billing.plus.net an doesnt even take me too a page too pay bill, can someone from staff help me
