cancellation payment need taken.

I cancelled my fibre and phone and got told on the phone and email I had 14 days to pay.
You tried taking payment after day 2. I have have no idea how many times you have tried but I have a fair amount of emails.
I have updated my card for you to take the payment. I was

Is there any other way to pay this?.
Everytime I ring and get into " are you thinking of leaving us"" the wait time is rather long.
I guess its because of the price increases I keep reading about.
