Re: cancel contract

Hi drums4life

You new supplier will inform PlusNet that they are taking over you line and broadband so you need to do nothing it may complicate things if you do

If you want/need to keep you PlusNet email address which is now free you need to advise them

You should get an email from PlusNet to say sorry you are leaving etc etc

Do not cancel your direct debit to PlusNet until the final payment or refund has been done

Re: cancel contract

Not if it’s Virgin they won’t, only if it’s another supplier using the BTO network.

@drums4life just write to PN
