I suspect there's something broken at Plusnet but I'll ask here anyway...
Just tried to log in to my account via the link from the main Plusnet site (https://portal.plus.net/index_portal.html?home=login). First it repeatedly and quite quickly each time told me my username and/or password was invalid.
Having obtained a password reminder and having it confirmed that my username and password are what I know they are, I now find that on clicking 'login' the page takes forever and once again says "Invalid username or password. Please try again.".
Any clues anyone?

EDITED - it's OK, I've found the explanation, it is a Plusnet problem
