call summary not being updated for 5 days and more

Hi, my call summary is not being updated for up to 5 days which causes confusion as to how many international minutes I have left and I do not wish to go over my limit as it costs too much.I keep a record of my calls, but the kids don't allways remember to write their times down.
How can I get it updated at least every 24 to 36 hours at least.? Thanks for any help given. Smiley
