broadband/phone account saying that a phone order is in place

"You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress." appears in my account page.  I cannot change the call features in the last few weeks.  Cannot use 1572 etc.....

Hi there, sorry about this, there's an issue with your account with a call feature that's stuck on "awaiting activation" I've raised a task to our billing team for you and we should have that fixed within a day or two.
