I had problems with my broadband which resulted in complete outtage between the 10th of July to the 17th of august. (the fault turned out to be a recurring fault in the exchange so i switched to fibre to essentially skip the fault area, which appears to have worked).. i was told during one of my discussions with the team I would be compensated for the time I was without supply however i have heard nothing regarding this, do i have to apply for it? or is it automatic?. iv tried calling but it appears the lines are very busy at present, and i have run out of time before i get through on a few occasions. Thankyou in advance

Post this under My Account/Billing where it is more likely to be spotted by a member of staff.
