my contract should be up in September 18 month unlimited fibre now it should be up to me if I stay or go other words if I stay then its just roll on monthly contracts nothing signed IE leave when I want if I do decide to stay then I renew the contract and sort a deal out what would make it worth while staying  IT should not AUTOMATICALY renew me for 18 months because that is a scam IE WRONG  please get back to me ASAP            yours        s titmass

You have every right to post but I was really interested in where you were told that as automatically renewing a 12 or 18 month contract is not only something Plusnet don't do but it is also against OFCOM Rules

Thankyou i will renew it but i will decide when ie get a good deal to make me stay monies tight at moment
