broadband contract price increased without notification

I renewed my contract for 2 years on 17th October 2019 - and was told it would cost £11.99.  I have been billed £12.66 despite being assured that there would be no increase in price for the duration of the contract.  Is this legal?

Problem hopefully resolved once chat came back online again.  Should get a refund and then back to originally agreed payment in future.
