been trying to pay bill online but page keeps saying unavailable. tried to phone but not available. please help

Have you tried paying via mobile with your WiFi turned of? Unsure if this is still an issue, they basically ban you from logging in to billing when your payment is late.

I'm sorry that it wasn't allowing you to make your payment online and for any inconvenience that this caused you. I can see that you have since made the payment over the phone and your account is fully up to date.
