billing

How can I get a monthly bill fixed, can't speak to anyone or online chat. my bill has jumped up from a usual £10 ish to £20+ last month and £56+ this month goodness knows what it'll be next month.... how can I get this sorted quickly??????  Any help will be gratefully received or I'll be cancelling my direct debits....
