billing query

I've had 2 messages saying I owe £2.00 in excess charges which aren't covered by my call allowance.
I had no idea that the 0844 number I called was not included.
Having attempted 5 times to make the requested payment via the website as instructed, without success-'oops, something seems to have gone wrong', and having spent over 40 minutes waiting for the 500 customer helpline number to be answered, I've given up.
Would someone from plusnet please read this and sort this out.
It's not good enough: I cannot make the requested payment and I cannot speak to anyone.
What has happened to your service plusnet?
