billing mess up. ticket needs answering asap

just logged into the PN member centre for first time in a long time and noticed my mum is in a game of ticket tennis and bein waiting for the return serve from PN since wensday.
as i understand you didnt get any billing done in feb and now billed her bank account 3 times in april.
she is still waiting for an answer of why its bein 3 times and not just twice

can you please get onto this one.
shes had £49 taken out of her account this month, and as understand it, due to your systems messing up in feb and not takening the sub's for that month youve billed that with the april sub.
But that only comes to 32.68, so why has another months subs of 16.34 been taken out her account this month as well?.

Think I've sussed what happened there, I've responded to the tickets and arranged a refund.
