billing and referals

in this computer age how do i keep having problems with billing and referals,i have 2 referals and only get paid for 1,they add on
to my bill when i've no added phone calls.i've phoned and think i've got it sorted,then bill arrives,back to square one.
should i go back to bt,maybe i will. Angry Angry

Hi pat2801,
I've just checked your account to see if there's anything I can do. There's a ticket with our billing team to fix the referrals issue so I'll keep an eye on that and make sure it gets actioned.
Please tell me more about the issue with your bill I want to help with that too.
