bill increse of nearly 50%???

I have just had notification of my June bill - £34.95 instead of my normal £24.95. I had to take a new contract when we moved home in December and that increased the price by £2.00/month. OK we swallowed that but now after 6mths £10/month has been added - not acceptable!!! Please rectify this asap

I'm sorry to see what's happened. I've refunded the overcharge now you should get in your bank within the next 3 to 5 working days either before we take your payment or shortly after.
