billing date 1/12/18 /email take money on the 10/12/18 ok got the  money to pay why is my broadband slowed down to a crawl try to get a 786.0 kb file 1 hour a go off windows server have u slowed me down had to use mobile phone the pc   is wired to the router

To confirm, we don't slow customers down based on bill payments, so what you're reporting certainly suggests some sort of issue on the line.

As we're not detecting an issue with the actual sync of the router, we're going to need to look at some troubleshooting to see if we can find where the issue is.
