bereavement account closures

is postroom@plus.net still the email account to use for bereavement account closures?
i was the account holder (and paid for) the broadband connection for my mother who has now passed away.

i have sent an email to above address with the details of the account requesting that it be closed.

i've had a reply from the email account, and the account closure has been actioned.
