being given conflicting information

I ordered anytime phone and fibre broadband, was told that the order would be completed by 28th april 2015, I recieved a text on 25th april 2015 stating that my broadband was being done by 6th may 2015 i contacted your company they stated that it was sent in error and ignore it, then today they said it going on the 5th may, but would recieve unlimited broadband till then which is fine, but i phoned again tonight and told that it is def going on tomorrow do this company know what they are doing it seems to me i made a bad decision and now being told that i still cant use it till the router comes which is 3-5 working days, so now got pay out for a temp router till then which i should not have to do

update was told it is today but on the phone im being told no im not dont think this company know what they are doing and would like a reply asap and it sorting

yes i think so
