Being chased for final bill because I cancelled the direct debit thinking the final payment had been paid, it hadn't, so I manually sent the payment to Plusnet with the exact same reference, account number and sort code as the direct debit used. There is no reason why it shouldn't have hit your accounts exactly the same as the direct debits have previously. payment was sent on the 8th of April, evidence can be provided if needed but I'm sure a look on your systems would find the payment. Can I get a confirmation it is received and an amendment on my account?
