approaching Limit

Account username: stephengow
had and email saying
'You're approaching your product's broadband peak-time usage allowance of 60GB for this month. We've sent you this email to help you manage your usage, and ensure you don't face unexpected charges.'
This seems odd as I should have just gone to a new billing month, looking at Usage online it says my billing period is Jun 22 2011 - Aug 21 2011
That seems to be 2 months.  Why is that?
Thanks

Re: approaching Limit

I also raised this problem on Friday but have had a reply
"Our apologies, but we have become aware of an issue where usage was not reset for some customers on their recent billing date. I am passing this to the relevant department to have this corrected."
Hope this helps.

Re: approaching Limit

I raised a ticket on Saturday, and still waiting like everybody else.
Seems that the two month issue on its own is pretty insignificant.  It's the fact that we are left with one month's worth of allowance to spread over two that hurts.
Maybe today  Smiley

Re: approaching Limit

Hi all,
Just letting you know that we're aware of this issue and we're tracking this on problem ID 67814 which was raised on Saturday following some of your tickets bringing this to our attention. We are working on this as a priority 1 issue so I'll make sure I keep you all updated.

Re: approaching Limit

They used to appear pretty much straight away. I suggest you raise a problem to say that priority problems are not appearing on the portal.

Re: approaching Limit

I'll see what the rest of the team here think about that, it may just be due to it being raised at lower priority originally.

The fact that it isn't there is not a problem as it's our choice whether or not to publish a problem. It's not been published as we haven't ticked the box to publish it (yet).

Re: approaching Limit

Just checked.
Mine's fixed.  And the added bonus is that the current accounting period is 28 days instead of 31  - so that's a 10% lower risk of busting my allowance :D.
Good work once again, Plusnet.

Re: approaching Limit

Yes, anyone that has been affected by this should have had their usage reset now.
