another billing query...

Hi all

Hoping a plusnetter can have another look at the billing on my account please?

Hot on the heels of July's wrong bill we have another query - also not in my favour...

 

I just logged in to the portal to investigate a speed issue & noticed

Unlimited Fibre Extra

(after contract ends: £22.28)

£7.77
Line Rental £21.22

"

that adds up to £28.99?

I renewed at £27.76 & have a screenshot confirming?

I have to say that this sort of thing seems to be becoming an untrustable norm 😞

Thanks for your input.
I note on the ticket it says the correction is for 17 months? But the new contract is for 18? Starting August?
