account summary not updated

a couple of weeks ago I went online and upgraded my business broadband package to take advantage of new line speeds available in my area. I still have not received any email confirmation and my account summary has not been updated.

I've confirmed by phone and chat that I did actually completed the upgraded process properly.

Can you please send me confirmation and update my account summary to accurately show my order and products.

Your account details will update once your order has completed for the change to ADSL2+. I'll drop a support ticket on your account with the date this is due to happen.

In fact, let me update myself. No details of the package or anything have changed as you're not changing package, just the speeds of the one you're currently on.
