account closed- how do you reopen?

My account was closed yesterday for after missing a payment. Told to go online but the account is closed!. How can i pay and reopen the account is the account is closed?

I'm really sorry to see we've had to closed your account due to failed payment.

I understand you've phoned us this morning and we've clarified what you'll need to do.

We can't re-open your closed account though, but to get your services back on in the meantime, I'd recommend calling our sales team on 0800 432 0080 and we'll be happy to open a new account for you.
