Your bill is ready to view

If I get the email that says Your bill is ready to view, and it's wrong can it get corrected before payment gets taken out?

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm afraid we'd be unable to amend a bill amount while it's currently pending.

In this scenario we'd need to either wait for the payment to go through to refund you or wait for the payment to fail to then credit the appropriate amount off.

It's going to over x3 more due to the messed up account, as long as you can refund me that's fine.

I got charged what I should have the £42, it' still sending me emails about being over the limit and the website information is also wrong, but as long as still get charge £42 I'm happy.
