You've reached your Broadband Usage Limit

Email from plusnet stating

You've now reached the extra usage limit you set for your broadband service. Your broadband service will be restricted until the end of your billing month.

Your extra usage price limit is currently set to £-3.62.

No according to my account page,

This month you've used

8.28GB

of your 10GB allowance

with only 1 day to go, I will never use that up.

Not the first time this has happened, and don't appreciate emails which you can't respond to.

Why do the details not marry up?

Re: You've reached your Broadband Usage Limit

Thanks for your post @AnnieO

I'm sorry to see what's happened. As far as I'm aware from reading our CV19 help article Here we're no longer charging for extra usage on our capped broadband packages until further notice, so I've increased the data transfer watch on your account to unrestrict your service. You may need to reboot your router for this change to take effect.

I hope this helps.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
