You're charging me for services I no longer have

Hello
I migrated my fibre bb on the 8th august
I migrated my home phone on the 10th August
I've been charged for fibre broadband at £24.99 on 28th September!?
You're charging me for a service I no longer use or have with you, please fix this, I have a fixed IP and there's be zero data thoughput on this account

Just been on the phone and told we should get a refund in a couple of weeks.

I'm sorry this wasn't picked up. Looks like it's been sent back via Direct Debit. Feel free to let me know if it's not back within the two week timescale.
