You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress

Hi I am getting the error "You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress" on most plusnet member centre pages when signed in, as well as being unable to access the Billing tab completely, which just provides a link to a help video.

 

I need to view why monthly cost has gone up by £10, and cannot switch to a different package because the error prevents me accessing any ways to do so. Of course signing out will only show packages exclusive to new customers.

 

Could someone please fix this error with my account

edit: forgot to add this has been an ongoing problem for a few months, I thought it might resolve itself after a while but it still persists.
