You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

Hi,

I've had the above message on my account for a few weeks now. Looks like Plusnet Call Protect is Awaiting Activation.

 

Please can you fix so I'm able to update my account again.

Hi,

I've now received emails indicating that Plusnet Call Protect will be removed.

Can I confirm that the call features I require are :-

1. Caller Display (currently active)

2. Voicemail (Awaiting Activation)

3. Plusnet Call Protect (Awaiting Activation)

Please update and confirm once done.

I have had this message on my account for longer than I can remember. Have been assured it would be fixed but that has not happened. Will someone take pity on me before I decide to leave Plusnet out of frustration!
