You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed.

I've been getting this message for quite some time and didn't think anything of it, but now it's coming time to renew my contract it's getting in the way.

Can this be fixed please?

Hi @moffatt105, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear there's sounds to have been something stuck on your account as of late preventing any account changed. I've corrected this for you now and you should be able to renew the contract no issues now.
