You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed.

Afternoon

I have had the message: 

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.

 
every time I log into my account but I have no orders pending so I can't use my online account properly. 
Don't know which department to call to solve the issue - I have seen an old post whereby the plusnet help team corrected this for other users.
