You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed.

Hi

 

This message is showing on my account page. I want to make changes but I can't. I have no orders being processed, I have been with Plusnet for years. I've seen many other posts with this same issue, please can someone fix this?

Hi @Shebumkin,

 

This issue should now have been resolved, if you log onto your online account and try again, you should be able to make the changes. If not just let us know.
