Trying to renew my contract online but constantly getting the following message
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.
My original broadband order from 2 years ago seems to be the problem as the last stage "We'll take the first subscription payment for your broadband service soon" hasn't been completed.
I've tried phoning but is there any way round this?
