Just been informed that you have contacted me? I'm not at home at the moment so someone else answered the phone. They told me it was something to do with the account? Any chance you could shed some light on this please?

Nothing has been noted on your account but I suspect this may have been part of an outbound campaign we're part of.

If you can see a log of the phone number the call originated from dialling it should take you to a recorded message which will confirm if that was the case.
