Yet to receive my £50 cashback email

Hi

 

I signed up on 08/10 and went live 24/10 but am still yet to receive my £50 cashback email. 

 

Can an you please acknowledge and advise when I'm likely to receive it?

Can you check your junk folder?

I'm afraid no email in my junk box either.

Can an you please acknowledge my latest response from 17/11/17 and let me know about my cashback email as I have checked my emails and folders and I have not received an email.
