Yet to receive Cashback email.

Hi my service was activated roughly 30 days ago & I've yet to receive the cashback email.

Any help appreciated

Hi @Rickys, thanks for getting in touch.

 

Apologies for the lack of communication there has been surrounding your cashback. It's showing on our side that an email was sent to yourself on 20/09/2019 to claim your reward. If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend checking your spam/junk folder. Let us know if the email isn't there as we'd be happy to redeem this on your behalf. Once redeemed the reward would be with you within 30 days.

Hi thanks for the reply its no major issue I've just double checked all mail folders & could not see the email.

If you could resend or activate it at your end then it'd be appreciated & thanks again for the assistance.
