Yet another not got the promised refund.

Opened account 31/10/2018
£87.98 removed from account on 5/11/2018
Cancelled contract on 08/11/2018 and email from[CSA Removed] confirmed a full refund of £87.98 would be given. Question 184388898 for reference
It has now been 8 weeks and no refund!
Tried to track question status on the account but the account is closed so the question info is gone.
I notice someone else being told they can't get the refund direct into the bank because their account is closed. So the account was closed knowing that meant you would not be able to refund that way? Not good customer service. Quick enough to remove the money from the account. Should be as quick giving it back.
When will I get a refund?
