Yet another customer waiting for cashback.

I filled in the cashback form on 17/02/2016 and on the claim form it stated "please allow up to 30 days to receive your cheque".  Well as I haven't received it so I contacted plusnet and was told I SHOULD receive it by 13 April!  The thing is if you say 30 days it should be 30 days or less, if not what's the point stating that?

Unfortunately there's been a delay but you should have it by the 14th.

I too am waiting for my cash back. I went 'live' on 6th Feb and despite being told 3 different dates on when I will receive my cash back, I am still waiting!!!  Angry
