Yet another case of overcharging - check your bills!

New customer.  Line rental paid in advance.  First invoice charges me another £15.95 for line rental - and I know there are others who've also been double-charged like this.
All this, quite apart from Plusnet not paying up the promised Amazon vouchers.
Just what sort of company have I switched to?  It won't pay its debts and it overcharges its customers right from the start - is it always like this?

I have a small problem with my mothers account but it's am irritation rather than a problem. I've been with PN since 2006/7 I think it was and never had a billing problem with my account.
Even the cash back for my mothers account ran smoothly and was paid before the due date.
