Yet another billing issue

Last month my services were hard restricted in error as admitted by plusnet which caused 2 charges to be applied to my account which were then re-credited back but now on this months bill you have reapplied the 2 fees to my account which i am not very happy about unless this billing issue is resolved i will be getting back in contact with the person at the CEO Office who dealt with my last complaint about the billing issue .
