Yet again been charged wrong for 2nd month in a row.

Hello PN i am sending you this as i am very unhappy as yet again for the 2nd month in a row there is a issue with my bill.my bill came out today and i am being the charged wrong for my monthly bill as i am on a offer and it should be £38 something not the £44 98 that i have been charged for the 2nd time in a row.i contacted you last month after my bill came out on 8th April as the same thing happened and was told via a ticket that the overpayment would be put on my next bill as a credit(this months bill) and guess what its not there.so can you please look into both of these issues as i should not be running around trying to get it sorted as 1 month getting it wrong is sort of ok but for it to happen again on my 2nd bill is not on and very bad customer service.my login in for my online account is macc2017.

@Macc2018  your lucky , a few here have had the same problem for 8 months Roll_eyes

I'm really sorry to hear that your latest bill is not correct, it does sound like your discount has not been applied. Please accept my apologies for this, I appreciate it's been a frustrating experience.

So after you opening a ticket its still only half sorted out.

 

So can you please look at the open ticket and sort it out please.
