Wrongly charged

I signed up for a 2nd time in May 2017 and agreed a £34 special offer for my monthly subscription.
The last 2 months I have been charged £41 (excluding call costs and addons) . Over charged! Why is this ?

Hello @Annalindz, Welcome to the forum. A staff member will look in to this as soon as possible for you, but as it is the weekend I doubt very much if anything will happen before Monday.

Sorry to hear your discounts weren't applied when you renewed your contract.


I've fixed that for you now and arranged for refunds to be sent, as per this ticket.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
