Like everyone else, I've tried to get through on the phoneline, but I'm hoping my query can be resolved here.
Earlier this month, I had major issues with my broadband which took a while to solve. One of the solutions was creating a new account for me (this didn't solve the problem) -- (see question ref: #199967361).
Things were eventually fixed on my original account but I just looked at my March bill and I have been charged £156.53 for early termination. But obviously, I never terminated my account -- I'm using it right now.
Could I please be refunded the termination fee as soon as possible? This is really not a good time to lose £156.
