Wrong rate billed since signing up for a new product

I have just received my latest bill. I have been correctly refunded for the out-of-contract costs paid last month for the period since the start of my new contract, but I have been incorrectly charged for the new contract. The discount has not been applied. I believe I am owed around £14.13.

My contract in the member centre only shows the undiscounted price. There is no mention of the discount I signed up for. It also says I am using a Hub One. I'm not. I wasn't sent a new router when I switched to FF74. I'm using a 3-year old Hub Two.

 

Would a Plusnet member of staff please pick up this post and private message me to get this sorted out. Many thanks.

The new contract price on my account/ members Home page is still not showing the discounted price that I signed up for.

 

I should be seeing £25.50, not £37.03.

 

Would a Plusnet member of staff please take another look.
