Wrong billing

Dear sir, I hope you are well.

I received a wrong billing amount notice for my next coming bill. My current bill is £28.39, the next new contract is £24.99 from next month. So, it said next bill on 9th Sep is £46.57. It’s wrong and I am confused.

I called your team and left messages in X, but looks can’t reach you… could you kindly have a look at it? Thank you.
