Wrong billing amount



I recently moved property with plusnet has my broadband was with plusnet in my old property, But my line rental was with bt, So i did move with the broadband and also wanted the line rental with plusnet to, This initself was a disater, For some reason it locked my original account, So i had to open a new account, Because of this i was with out internet for 3 weeks, I was was told for all the trouble i went though i would get a discounted service of £22 a month for fibre and landline for 18months.


Today i have got my first bill which is £39.68

Line rental -  £21.22

Fibre broadband - £16.98

Additional Call Charges £2.16


My bill should be £24.16


Can someone look into this please and get it sorted asap.

I've listened to some calls between yourself and some of our agents and have identified the errors made on your account. These have since been corrected, and I've sent you an email on what I've done to correct this. Let me know if you have any further issues going forward. Smiley
