Wrong bill

Is Plusnet "chat now" not working? because I don't want to spend my hour waiting and talking on call. I am an old Plusnet customer and I just renewed my contract the lady on the Plusnet chat assured me that my new bill will be within the contract. However, I got my out-of-contract bill ( around 54 pounds) whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?????????????????? I asked her twice in chat and she assured me my new bill be a new contract bill. I don't wanna pay this rubbish amount and will block this payment. Please sort this out this issue or take back the Plusnet broadband service. Here are my details:
