Wrong bill?

I recently ordered plusnet fibre broadband (june 24th) for £25.50/m and it got activated yesterday. I just got my first bill and it was for £27.41. I expect to be paying for what I signed up for, this is very misleading, there are better deals out there, what can be done about this?
