Yet again i have cancelled my direct debit due to plusnet taking the wrong amount out of my account (or trying to) and leaving me short or with bank charges for not having enough in..!
is there any way to email them..? I have phoned them twice today and actually got through after half an hour each time only to be cut off..!
I know that they are short staffed due to Coronavirus but actully getting through twice and then being cut off is double annoying Coronavirus or not..!
Their online chat is not active either...so...my only other option is email or snail mail...and i can`t find any email contact for them...!
