Wrong Bill or Bill Wrong?

Hi

On the 4th of July I received a notice of my next bill. I noticed this had gone up, and contacted Plusnet. The increase was due to my contract ending. Took out a new contract with a discount at that time.

Today I notice that the amount taken is the same as the original bill with no discount. 

As this is to pay from the 4th July to 4th August according to my bill, shouldn't this be at the new price?

With a bit of luck you might be one of the handful (LOL)  of customers who don't get charged at all for  using their services.
